I have a Try mode Software Simulation published on Articulate 360. On preview mode(prior to publishing), it works fine. However, whenever I publish and review the the file on Articulate 360 using Chrome browser, the base layer gets white out during a text entry. When I used Internet explorer, it worked fine. Is anyone having the same issue?

I have seen this sometimes, normally it is that the text entry field has been sized to fit the entire screen when the simulation was generated. have a look on the timeline and see if that is the case (just hide and show the text entry data entry field)
Hi Phil, thanks on the lightning quick response! I have looked in to it and the text entry field size was not covering the entire slide. I even made the text entry field transparent, didn't work, changed the Shape fill to No fill, still didn't work. It maybe a browser compatibility issue cause when I opened the published version on Internet Explorer, everything was ok.
They have pulled out the old computer I was using and gave me a new one. Tested it with the new computer with the latest version of Chrome browser and it now works fine.
I think it was just the Chrome browser version.

I tested your Review link in Chrome up to the first text entry, and it appeared normal. I didn't see the full white out as you mentioned.
Can you let me know what version of Chrome you're using?
