We're testing html5 running on mobile devices from Storyline 360 output. Some of our lessons, when you tap the screen, the content pauses. Other lessons, that doesn't happen. I can't seem to find any settings, or a rhyme or reason as to why this happens. Hopefully someone here can stop me from running down a rabbit hole?
For the lessons that pause when you tap the screen are you viewing a video on that slide? That's a normal mobile device behavior that when you tap on the screen the video would pause. If the other slides didn't have video and were just playing through the normal Storyline interactions that could explain it.
Lastly, we’d be happy to take a look at your file and course to see how it behaves. You’ll want to upload the .story file here (which is the file prior to publishing) using the “ADD ATTACHMENT” button at the bottom of the forums reply window and if you can share a link to the output we'll test that too. Thanks Ashley. I got the comment from more than one reviewer, but I didn't consider the video piece. I will have to look a bit more closely at how those lessons were built and see if there's a correlation (I know there is some video in there). I will definitely reach out if I need more assistance. Appreciate it!

Also, it's worth checking that you're using one of the mobile browsers and devices supported here.
