All of a sudden, several slides (maybe more) are not resetting their timelines when returning to the slide. By this I mean that If we advance to say slide 5, watch half the content and then advance to slide 6, if we return to slide 5, the timeline picks up where it left off. This is not what we want (timeline and video get out of sycnh) and it does not happen on most other slides.
We are working with support but hoped there might be some other ideas.
Unfortunatley we cannot upload the content to a public site but if there are any ideas, we appreciate the help.
I see Sid is working with you, and I'll keep an eye on it, but thought I'd quickly ask if you have the slides set to reset to their initial state when revisiting?
Funny that you ask...I checked to be sure all slides were set to the same state (Automatic). Then after rebuilding the test files I found that the presence of a button caused the problem. I then changed the revisiting setting, set it to always reset and presto...all is good.
I'll let Sid know things are good but if you have a direct line, it might save him a few minutes.
BTW- What is the implication of setting all slides to Reset? Is this just a timline issue?
Sorry I missed your question about implications the other day. Did you have a specific implication in mind? Since you can control the "reset" behavior on a slide-by-slide basis, it would be totally under your control.

Sorry for the trouble, Todd.

Thanks Peter and no worries..

Hey Todd!
Sorry I missed your question about implications the other day. Did you have a specific implication in mind? Since you can control the "reset" behavior on a slide-by-slide basis, it would be totally under your control.
