Some subtitles not being imported

Hi all,

I'm working on a few presentations where I extract the content for translation but when I import the pseudotranslated bilingual Word, some of the subtitles in the slides do not get updated with the pseudotranslation even if the rest of subtitles in the same slide do. Does anyone have any idea what the difference might be for some subtitles to get updated but some others not? When I check the text in the bilingual table it appears as correctly pseudotranslated.

Hi Elisa,

Are you using Storyline 3 or 360 with the built in closed caption feature? I couldn't tell entirely from your screenshot...but we'd love to take a look!

Hi Ashley,

It is Storyline 360 with the closed caption feature, sorry for not specifying. Most of subtitles get imported but a few of them are not, as you can see in the screenshots.

I will open a case with support to provide further info.
