I created a screen recording of our mainframe computer system, and it looks very clear inside of Storyline 360. However, when I publish, it appears somewhat blurry. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? Thanks so much.

While our team digs deeper, here are some ideas to improve the quality:
Check that the slide size and video dimensions are similar. If the slide size is different than the video dimensions, you'll have to scale the video to fit the slide—which contributes to a loss in quality.
