I have published a course for a client, and everyone can hear the sound except one of the users - which is the client. His associate can hear it from the same link. He can get audio on other sites and files - he was even able to hear the individual narration samples we sent him - so his audio is working.
Has anyone ever had this happen and have suggestions?
Do you know what version of Flash and what web browser your client is using? He can go to this page to check the version of Flash installed. If he doesn't have the most recent release, he may want to try updating it.
I can also try to take a look at the course, if you're able to share a link to the content.
What devices does he have attached to his computer? Does he have more than one audio device like headphones and speakers? It's possible he simply isn't using the correct playback device. Are they using Windows or a mac?
I'm waiting to hear back from the client - so hopefully either one of these courses of actions will work, or he'll give me more information on his set-up. Thanks for the speedy responses so far!
