So I just finished this module. I use a Yeti microphone. I turned the gain way down to record so that I wouldn't pick up outside noise. When I test the audio it sounds great. I can only hear my voice, and that's at half volume. Publish the project, sounds great. Today I roll the project out to a bunch of new hires and none of them can hear it. Went to IT, nothing. Nobody can figure out why it works on a couple computers and not on the majority. Even when we turn the volume on full, you can barely hear. I don't get it. Any ideas? It doesn't seem like an Articulate thing but the head IT guy thought I should still ask. UGHHHH!
HI, Al -- Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing, but there are a few troubleshooting steps we can try first to rule out the causes of some common problems.
Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on the latest update can be found here.
