Just created a course, but after publishing to LMS (our company is using CPaT LMS) - colours are changed (white to grey, on some slides only part the slide reverted to grey), and sound (text-to-speech) is lost. Some of the fonts changed.
I published using SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 as it was recommended by CPaT LMS. Saved it as an archive and then uploaded to cpat.com

Have you had a chance to test your course in a different LMS environment to see if the same behavior persists?
