Sound not Working on Any Project - Please Help!

Good day,
On Friday all my projects were working just fine.
Today I updated to 3.40.22208.0 and it seems to have affected the sound on both the projects I have. The sound in both projects on all slides is no longer playing.
The sound on my computer is working just fine, I am on Windows 10. I looked in the Volume Mixer on my computer and Storyline is showing as on and full volume. I still thought it was just a "my computer" thing so I just Published and uploaded into our LMS. Even on the LMS there is no sound.
I tried restarting my computer and copying and re-saving the project. This made no difference either.
Storyline knows the sound file is there, it shows up in the timeline, it just not playing it.

Can you share the .story file so we can help you troubleshoot - or even just a few slides with audio?
When I reverted to the previous version of Storyline 360 the problem resolved itself. Unfortunately I can't share the .story file in a public form as it is considered confidential.
Glad you got it working with previous version Katerina. You can log a support ticket with Articulate and upload your file privately if you want them to have a look for you.
