After a multple choice or drag and drop question slide, I have my course branching to one slide for incorrect feedback and another for correct feedback. There is sound on both of these feedback slides. Everything works great the first time the learner answers the question and gets either feedback slide, but if they go back and answer again, the sound won't play on the feedback slides. What might I be doing wrong? Is there a setting I need to tweak to have the sound play every time the slides are accessed?
Hi Shannon - check the properties for each of your feedback slides - The When Revisting option is probably set to Decide Automatically. Try setting it to Reset to Initial State to see if that makes any difference.

I should clarify that I'm using Storyline.
