Hi: I have had this happen in the past as was able to re-SCORM the file and the sound and CC work fine. I have a 6 part curriculum to release and 2 of the 6 will not SCORM correctly to include the sound - I have re-SCORMED them both about 5 separate times - each time checking the settings. Clearly I am missing some thing on these 2 courses.
HELP!!!!! These are regulatory courses and must release by Friday!

Have you checked your published settings to ensure it matches your LMS recommendations?

In the meantime, you can also test your file in a different environment such as SCORM Cloud to see if the issue may be related to your LMS.
