Owing to an IT problem (well, disaster really) I have lost the original story file for my most recent project. I do have the output files for the previous version. Is it possible to re-create the source file from the output files and, if so, how do I do it? If anyone can explain it will save me c2 days' work, so you will earn my undying devotion.

Sorry Ann you cannot reverse engineer the Output back to the source file.
You may be able to recover some assets but oat of these will have been compressed
