Is there a way to adjust the spacing between bullets and the associated text? I have text and there is a very small space between it and the text associated with that bullet but I want to add more space between the bullet and text but can't seem to find a way to do this. Thanks for any help.

Try to go to Paragraph on the toolbar. Decrease the hanging indention. That should decrease the space after the bullet.
Your bullet may move to the right. You can then click Decrease Indent on the Paragraph toolbar to move it back to the left.
I see that you wanted more space. In that case, increase the hanging indent.
