I am working with the most recent version of Storyline 2.
I have added an extra line of space between paragraphs in my notes section. When I preview I can see the space however, when I publish and view the published version the space goes away. Has anyone else had this problem?
It sounds like your browser may be forcing the HTML5 output. Does the URL of your course end with story_html5.html?
We're finding that paragraph spacing in the Notes section isn't working correctly in HTML5. For now, you'll want to view the Flash version instead.
We've reported this to our team, and we’ll continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses. The number of customers and depth of impact are two of the elements that help us prioritize bugs and fixes.
Any updates on this issue? I am trying to publish an eLearning module and include a transcript of the audio/instructions to assist users who may be hearing impaired but my notes fields are just giant piles of mush without the spacing.

Here's some more detail about how we tackle bugs . I'm really sorry that I can't say if this issue will be fixed, but you're in the right place to stay updated on this bug's progress.
Hello,
Is this only a problem in Stoyline 2? Would it be ok if I upgrade to storyline 360?
Thanks,
Joan
Hi there Joan,
Yes, this bug only happens in Storyline 2. We haven't seen this behavior in Storyline 360.
If you'd like more information about that upgrade, you can reach out to our Success team here!

This is really discouraging!
Hi Sydney! Are you also using Storyline 2?
