Spacing issues with quiz question responses

We had a course built by a vendor and I am making edits to the course. The question responses are set to shuffle but the spacing is off. It happens with single line text but mostly the responses have more than one line. I have attached a picture. How do I fix this problem?

Hello Anita!
Do you have a file you could share? or at least just the slide you are referencing here. I have seen before in these quiz questions that copied and pasted formatting can cause issues with the spacing and lining up of the answers.
It would be easier to determine though, if we could see the file.
