I'm creating my first Spanish storyline course from a completed English storyline version. While I found the exporting text feature amazing some things dropped off. For example, do you how I can change my "Resources" tab to read "Recurso"? I was able to enter the Course .Title in Spanish, but I seem to be stuck with "Resources", "Menu" and "Closed Captioning" still in my player, instead of "Menú" and "Subtítulos"

Take a look at the tutorial here - you'll see there is an option to change the language and there are a few languages (like Spanish) built in!
