Special Characters Break Text in HTML5 Output on Resume

Hi,

We have a multi-SCO course that on resume sometimes breaks the font when there are special characters on the slide. It's not a consistent bug but it happens enough where the course becomes undeliverable to our customer. 

I've attached a screenshot of just a test example we ran in SCORM Cloud and are still getting the same results.

As far as customer requirements we have to deliver in HTML5 instead of flash and the target browser has to be IE 11.

Some notes on our settings/configurations: 

• The version on IE 11 we're testing is a recent build (Site was white-listed and enabled to download fonts)
• Our version of Storyline 360 is up to date: March 1, 2018 (Build 3.13.15006.0)
• Our courseware and test example used the classic text engine and modern text engine and the special characters still break.
• Having the slide reset to initial state did not seem to matter.

Has anyone encountered this issue?
