I am working on a file, I am at the point to get the training published for LMS. It always crashes - send already a couple reports to the support team. Just did a update for Articulate Storyline 3, but no differencce. Somebody has an idea what I can do more? Other file do publish without problems.

Can you narrow the issue down to the specific slide that will not preview?
You can hide items on the slide to find the culprit or recreate the slide if easier.

I figured it out - using process of elimination.
It was a smiley face that was copied. Once that was deleted - the problem resolved.
