Hi all. We're using Data Entry (Text Entry) fields to build Learning Journals into our Storyline projects. Is it possible to add pop-up spell-check suggestions for misspelled words into the field? Thanks.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are working on.
Are you asking about an actual spell-checker? If so, this is a setting in the browser.
Or are you wanting to create the 'look' of a spell-checker for your interaction? If so, I'm sure someone in the community can share some design suggestions with you here.
I am also encountering this issue. We are using Text Entry fields for open-ended questions in a course. Currently when a user spells a word wrong the word in the field is underlined in red but doesn't give a suggestion on how to spell it. Is there a setting I'm missing? This is for a published version hosted on Rise360, not when editing.

Hi Erin, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
Once the course is published, this is dependent on the environment where the content is hosted, which is typically the browser.
I tested a text entry field with my course published to LMS in a Chrome browser, and my Grammarly plug-in offered my spelling change suggestions.
