Spell check seems to have gone wrong. I have it set to English US but every word in my course is coming up as incorrect, i.e. underlined in red. What could be wrong? I am on the latest Storyline update.
I didn't update it but I checked the settings there and it's on English US. Odd thing is, it's happening if I start a new Storyline project as well. Could Update 6 have anything to do with it?
I haven't heard anything about an issue like this within Update 6 of Storyline, but if it's also happening on new files, it's worth conducting the repair of Storyline in case there was something within your installation that cause the issue. Also, I'd check your Windows language settings in addition to Storyline to ensure there isn't anything there overriding the behavior.
Please keep us posted on how it's working after the repair.
I have been having this problem in both Studio and Storyline. I decided to change the language from English to Dutch just to see what would happen. Then, I changed it back to English and voila! The red underlines disappeared.

Hi Debbie,
I've only seen that when the Storyline file's dictionary is set to a different language - did you update it here:
If you're still seeing the odd behavior, can you try importing that file into a new Storyline file following these directions?

Thanks Brittaney for sharing that here and I'm glad that was an easy enough fix for you!
