We have published a course in Storyline and loaded it to our LMS. Sometimes when users look at the course, they are seeing typos as shown in the image. The course does not have any typos when we look at it in Storyline and there are no typos when we publish it for Web viewing. We are using Verdana font. Any ideas what is causing the typos to appear and then not appear? A single user can open the course 5 times and see typos and then open it a 6th time and not see the typos.
That is really, really strange It's hard to tell based on the screenshot, but are you experiencing any other irregularities in the course?
Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
We are not experiencing any other issues with the course. I would like to test it on the SCORM Could. I would like to be able to define if it is an LMS issue or an issue that I need to keep researching in Storyline.

Hello Peter,
We are not experiencing any other issues with the course. I would like to test it on the SCORM Could. I would like to be able to define if it is an LMS issue or an issue that I need to keep researching in Storyline.
