I've tested my content from our SharePoint server on IE and Chrome and had no issues from my PC. When its tested on three other computers One works and two don't all running IE9 and flash 18. The issue is either you see a loading wheel or the player background colour loads and it goes no further. I've republished three times as well as changed the output from including HTML 5 to not including HTML 5 . Any ideas would be appreciated.

First, please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here.
Can you please share your .story file or a sample here so we can do some testing for behavior in tempshare?
