State not changing

Dec 16, 2013

Dear Heroes,

I've been trying to make the next idea work: I want to inform users what they've covered, two separate topics, as I have a two-way branching scenario which must be covered fully before users move on. Hence, users go back to the beginning of the scenario and "see",  thanks to a tick which is initially hidden and the should be "visible" once users have clicked on a hotspot, what they have seen.

I attach my file to see if you may cast some light upon the matter...I've tried it all, variables, states changes...I am very frustrated as this is supposed to be quite simple...I am to be doing something wrong. Please help me!

Ernesto, have a look at the attached revised file and see if that's what you wanted. On slide 1.1, I reorganized some triggers so that the two hotspots only jump to the sections. The True/False variables are set at the beginning of the respective section. Then, when jumping back to slide 1.1, the variables are checked at the beginning of the timeline and if True, then the checkmarks are shown. I also added a condition to the trigger on the next button to only jump to the next slide if both variables are true. I don't speak Spanish, so I couldn't really follow the logic based on content, hope I didn't 'break' anything
