State of Button 1 and Button 2 are visited

I tried setting it up as a condition, but there was no difference.  The slide still did not detect that both buttons were visited.

I was able to get most of the functionality I was looking for using this: 

The only issue I can't seem to resolve, is getting the incomplete layer to open when re-visiting the slide.

Is there a way to make the buttons appear that they have been visited?

It may be easier for the community to provide some suggestions if you could post you file (or a portion of it) here.

By default the visited state of a button matches that of the normal state, but you can change how it looks to reflect that it has been visited as described here.  I also thought this article may be helpful as it describes all the built in states and how they'll behave.
