State of progress

Hi
I have 4 chapters and each one of them has a progress state and you have to complete them in order.
Starting from the first chapter, when I review the slides the status of the chapter changes and if I finish all of the chapter the state will be 100% (completed)
When I start reviewing the second chapter and for example at slide number 14 and wanted to go back to menu slide(where you can see that the first chapter is completed), you see that the state of the first chapter is not 100%, it's 80% or 20% or any number (sometimes it's 0%)
I checked the trigger and all of them are correct.

Really difficult to say without seeing it, there is something that isn't working right.
