Interesting. I'm not completly sure what you are saying, but I think you are saying the person is "DONE" but Drop Incorrect is still showing.
You might have to specifically make a trigger to say "change x to VISITEd when..."
or you might need to create a new state called "DONE" (or something) and make it look the way you wanted it to look as visited. Then create a trigger instead that says "change X to DONE when....."
Attached is the storyline file.
To replicate the bug:
1. drag the Display button to the top grey box
- gray box changes to Drop Incorrect state (Red box, red X image)
2. drag the Display button to another grey box
- top grey box changes to Visited state (white box, red X image) - red
X image should not be there
There wasn't a file attached here - when you reply via email your file or any attachments are not uploaded to the forums so you'll want to visit this page to post a file for us to look at.
@Ashley or anyone else, could I get your help with the attached? I have a similar issue where the triggers I set up are meant to change the state of the button, however, the button is a hybrid of two other states!
The state for top menu button for slide 1.2 does not change to "Visited" when I advance to 1.3. I decorated with many triggers so feel free to follow up with me if you have any questions.
Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing in your project file and for sharing it so that we can take a look as well.
I'm not clear on Slide 1.2 which button is the 'top menu button' that you are referring to.
I can see that you are an Articulate 360 customer, so if you could record a brief Peek 360 video demonstrating what you are seeing and/or provide the steps to replicate the issue, I'd be happy to take another look.

I've tried creating a new state. It doesn't help. The problem is: the
original state(Drop Incorrect) does not go away when changed to a new state.
Hi Antorious,
Are you able to share a copy of your .story file here for us to take a look at?
