States to change positions

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to create a slider for images, and then display more information when clicked.  Here's the output.

I'm using states to change the positions of the shapes, and it works great with shapes.

The boxes are shapes, and i'm trying to set the fill to be a picture.  It displays fine in the story file, but when i preview or publish, the second and third position states don't show the background correctly.

I could probably create the shapes as pictures and re-insert, but there is a lot of logic to change the states/positions that I'd rather not recreate if necessary.  Is this a bug, or is this the way its supposed to work.
