The different statuses are described here, and whether you see Incomplete, Failed, Completed, or Passed depends on which pair of reporting options you chose when you published your content. It looks like from your dialog box you've chosen Passed/Failed - so we'd probably want to take a look at the course within your AO account. If you'd like to set up an administrator account for me and send along the information via a private message - I'm happy to take a look. You can set the email to Support@articulate.com.
You're welcome to have two results slides - but you'll want a third results slide that would track both and submit the results to your LMS. The indication of pass/failed is not controlled by the results slide but by the publish settings that you indicated in your first image. If you have published with the "pass/fail" to Articulate Online and you're still seeing the other setting - is it possible that you overwrote a course that had the setting initially to complete/incomplete? Please try to publish again and titled it something new so that it'll publish as a brand new course and let me know if the behavior persists.

I have two Resultat Slide (Passed and Fail) with different programmation.
I Think it's for that reason i can't have Passed/failled.
