We are using SumTotal as our LMS. When a learner completes a test and passes, the LMS is recording the status as 'Incomplete'.The score is correct, but the status is wrong. My report tracking is set to "Passed/Failed". Can anyone please throw some light on this?
Hi Shivani! Would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
I tested the course in SCORM cloud and it still is recording the course status as 'incomplete' with a 100% score. I've attached a screenshot of the error.
I am really disappointed with the support i have received. It's been almost a week trying to communicate to your support team and all I ahve done is gone to and fro with email. I keep uploading the files and they keep saying they haven;t got it. I have already done it 4 times..too much time wasted trying to get a simple issue resolved. Very unhappy. I have attached the files here and my case number is Case #00363115
Hi Shivani! Sorry to hear that, but thanks for the update. I have added your comments to the case and referenced back to this thread. You should be hearing from someone soon. I think the mis-communication is that you are sending your published course though, and they are looking for your project file with the .story extension.
Thank you so much for your help. Justin was great and very prompt with the response.It was only a small thing, but the uploading porcess and a bit of miscommunication is what took time.

I do not use SumTotal as an LMS, but in Moodle, the settings within the LMS can play with the result tracking. For one, administrators results are not recorded, have you tested it as a student? There is also a bug that won't let results be tracked if the LMS introduction screen is set to hidden...random but just highlights how it could be anything minor. I hope you find the problem quick.

Are you using the latest version of Storyline? This sounds like a bug that was fixed in the May update: http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/issues-addressed-in-the-latest-articulate-storyline-update

Hi Shivani! I actually had another community with a similar issue yesterday, and referred them to this knowledgebase article.
If this does not assist you, please send your .story file to support for assistance.

Its already been more than 10 days me trying to resolve this issue and honestly i am a bit frsutrated !!!
