I have a very complex course that works great except that after exiting a course in a Taleo LMS, the status is never set to "Complete" - even if the content has actually been completed and they pass with equal to or greater than 80%.
Can anyone please help me with this problem? I have attached a similar Storyline file that is a mini version of the course I made that has the problem.
I tested this file in SCORM Cloud, and was able to receive a completion status at the end with a score greater than 80%.
You may want to review this article that helps troubleshoot LMS issues, and open a support ticket with your LMS administrator. I've also seen a number of community users reference using Taleo, so hopefully they'll be able to chime in and offer any additional advice specific to your LMS.
Thank you for trying this out, but I am not sure how you got it to work. When I test it in SCORM Cloud it shows this:
Did you do something else to the settings when you published it? I would really be interested in knowing. The problem is where the red circle is...I need this to say "Complete."
Thank you again for your time on this! I really appreciate it!
