We have a module that was created in Storyline 2 and has been running successfully (the status has been correct) for over a year but when we created a copy to create a new version it stopped working. I have tried republishing using 360 however the status is not tracking properly in our LMS or Scorm Cloud.
We are reporting based on a results slide and are using complete/incomplete as the report status. However the status is always incomplete.
Do you have any ideas on what I should look at? I am happy to send the file via email but don't want to post it on an open forum.
Sometimes when converting the results slide can stop working, I would check the results slide (typically you get triggers with errors). If you do duplicate the results slide and delete the old one and then publish (may need to change tracking).
