When I review the simulation in the slide timeline it runs perfect, but when I try the preview mode the actions are not aligned with the video. I already tried solving it using the Action Fine Tuning with no results!
Thanks for letting us know you already tried using Action Fine Tuning, which is generally the first thing we'll suggest. It might be helpful if we could take a look into your file to pinpoint what's going on here. Could you share a copy of your .story file here?
Thanks for sharing your file with me, Mara! I can see how it looks like the steps on each slide are playing twice in Preview mode. I published your content to Flash andHTML5to compare, and it looks like this is only happening in the HTML5 output. The Flash output seems to be working normally.
There is a known issue with Storyline 360 where some actions in a step-by-step screen recording of a web-based app play twice when the content is viewed with HTML5. This also happens in Preview mode since Storyline 360 Preview displays HTML5 content. This issue is a priority fix for us, and I'll be sure to come back and update this thread once we have an update to share.
For now, you'll want to use the Flash output as a workaround. Thanks again for letting us know about the issue you're seeing, and I'll let you know as soon as we know more!
Great news! Articulate 360 Update 4 was just released, and included a number of fixes which you can see in the release notes available here, including some general fixes that resolve the behavior you were experiencing here.
Just launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for Storyline 360. Details here.
