I published a Storyline 360 course that contains several step-by-step screencasts and found that the screencast resolution is low after published. I exported one of the videos to check its resolution outside Storyline and it looks fine. What can I do?
Sorry to hear you're running into blurry screen recordings! Check to see that the Video Quality in your Publish Quality settings is fully optimized and take a look at these steps for recording high-quality screencasts. It may be that you'll have to match your story size to your screen recording size.
