Hello all - I had this question a couple of weeks ago and thought it was resolved, but now it doesn't matter what I do, some of my hint captions are still not showing when the timeline starts. I will attach an example so you can see what I am talking about, but I have the hint set to show from beginning of the timeline on slide 2.3, and it still isn't appearing. I am at a loss! Could someone please advise?
you have the trigger to show the Hint layer on the Hint layer instead of on the Base layer...so it never triggers...just move it to the base layer as the first trigger
I don't have the base layer as an option for some reason. It only lets me choose "unassigned," "hint layer," "try again," or "insert a new layer." What gives?

you have the trigger to show the Hint layer on the Hint layer instead of on the Base layer...so it never triggers...just move it to the base layer as the first trigger

I think what Wendy meant to say was recreate the trigger on the base layer - you won't have an option to move it there.

that's what I meant. Delete from hint layer and create on base layer
