All Articulate 360 services are hosted on Amazon Web services in the us-east-1 region located in North Virginia in the United States. We use many AWS-provided solutions including relational databases, full text search, queuing, messaging, identity management, and caching. As part of our business continuity plans, in the case of disaster we practice automated, routine, and frequent data backup and recovery. We take frequent automated backups of customer data and have implemented up to the minute recovery options where feasible. We store backups in a redundant way and test our recovery frequently to reduce the likelihood of data loss and minimize downtime in a large-scale disaster. 

Per our Privacy Policy, we have also self-certified with the Privacy Shield. Directly relevant to EU-based customers, this commitment underscores our overall approach to data security and smart internal procedures.
