store must be opn (???) can't save mu product - please URGENT

Hello,

I'm truying to save my product but ... I can't. Articulate storyline send me message telling that "store must be open"...

What does it mean ?

Hi Mina,

Do you have PowerPoint running in the background, with the original files open? Or possibly another instance of Storyline open? If so, try closing them and see if you can save. 

If that doesn't work, are you working with files on your local hard drive? Try to make sure you're not working with any files on external sources (network drive, USB drive, etc.).
