I have published a web version and when I upload the story.html file to our intranet, the file will not play. I have noticed that the file only works if the employee has Storyline installed on their computer. How can I have this available to all employees without having to install Storyline on their computer?
Try uploading your published zip file to Tempshare - this is a great tool that we use internally for testing purposes. Of course, there's also Articulate Review for Articulate 360 subscribers.
It sounds like you'll want to publish the file for Web, then host the published file on a web server. Tempshare is a temporary solution--anything you host there will be active for 10 days.
For a long-term solution, check out Amazon S3. It take a bit to set up, but once you're up and running, hosting files there is a breeze.
