I have installed story line 360 on my pc while importing my old files from other pc. the slide didn't even playing while the space bar is pressed. it is taking huge duration to load. each and every time when I tried to play the file in time like it takes long duration, the time line contains only 2 images and popups .

Curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
