Story Line 3 does not start after latest Windows update Jul 20, 2019 By Frank Margulis Windows released an update and after I installed it today (Saturday, July 20, 2019) Story Line 3 locks up - it never gets beyond "Initializing Components", never comes close to starting.

Perhaps a quick Uninstall/Reinstall will sort out the underlying resources issue.
