I have a project that was shared to me from one of our affiliates. When I open the project all of the text paragraphs are way off. Does anyone know why my version of the same project has the fonts/linespacing/paragraphs different from the original version?
It sounds like the project was created in Storyline 360 and sent to you. When opening the course on your machine, the text wasn't formatted correctly. Is this right?
Have you tried importing the project into a new Storyline file? Let me know if you still see issues after importing to a new project!
We'd be happy to take a look to better understand what you may be experiencing in your project.

Hi Richard and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into when taking a look at your project.
The first thing that comes to mind is the resolution on your machine may be different.
Is your display set at 100%?
Yes, the resolution is set at 100%

It's an improvement importing the project in a new project but now other fonts are off and need to be fixed. I guess this software just has bugs.
