I have been trying out the product, I can't seem to find how to Video loop a .MOV file I inserted. It stops only after one play. The always show on slide, and other setting does not make it loop... HELP?
Hi Jim! This thread is a bit dated, but the same concept is probably available in Storyline 2. Perhaps someone in the community will be able to assist.
I had this problem, and I figured it out! Although Jim O you may have moved on now!
Check the length of your timeline for the slide. due to some messing around the timeline was about 3 minutes and the bit I wanted to loop was 15secs. What happens (I think) is it will loop but only when the timeline completes, so I waited 3 minutes for it to happen.
I shortened the timeline to the length of video I wanted to loop and Viola!!

Always Happy to Help,

I watched the video and that looping idea didn't work for me. Any other solutions? Is this because I'm using Storyline 2?
