Great question - I'm not sure if this would fit your needs, but what about looking at it in the Menu? Then you could see all the slide titles - and rename them there. That's where a user would see them as well. Take a look at this tutorial on how to use the menu within Storyline 360 (if you're using another version of Storyline - all the tutorials are linked here).
