you can change the starting scene by right clicking on the scene which should be number 1 and set it as the starting scene. And you can rearrange scenes by cutting them out (STRG+X), clicking on the scene AFTER which the cutted scene should be and insert it (STRG+V) again. :)

FYI you might have to reassign the triggers at the end of the scenes, which might get lost through the cutting and pasting.
