I've got a problem with Storyline 2. I've created a quiz and application started crashing when I want to preview project or publish it. On player settings there is information about error with file story_content/data.xml. I decided to create quiz from beggining in new file and the same problem occurs. I've uploaded as attachment screenshots. Other courses that I made ealier are ok.
Sorry you're encountering this! Since this is only happening with the one file as you mentioned, importing your slides into a new file may clear it up.
If you continue to see it happen after importing into a new file, feel free to reach out to our Support Engineers over here and share your file with them. As I said, I've created new file without importing the slides and the problem occured also in the new file. I tried to import slides and still nothing.
Also I tried to contact Support on Friday and today and there is a problem with server. There is a screenshot in attachments. Text is in Polish and it says "articulate.com site is not working. articulate.com's server cannot support your request".
Ok, I've found out what was the problem. I used FontAwesome. I deleted text in that font and replaced it with images. Now everything works fine, which is suprising, because it's not the first time I've used this font in project.

I'm glad to hear that everything is working properly now in your course, thanks for the update as well. It does seem strange that you were able to use that without issue before, though. If you share a copy of your project file here in this thread where you're experiencing that issue, I can go ahead and open up a support case on your behalf with our engineers to investigate that further.
I am struggling with the same problem. After many trials, I found that the issue is caused by the final test which is composed by 11 multiple choice questions. Although I tried different tricks such as either replacing the multiple choice questions with different modalities like the pick one or developing from scratch a new test on a new project.
I experience the trouble with the latest version of Firefox and Internet Explorer 10.
