I have downloaded Adobe flashplayer version 20 (the only available version) but I’m not able to open my files because the software asks always for the version of Flash Player 10, that I cannot have.
Please could you help me and suggest what can I do?
So sorry for the trouble you're experiencing, sounds like you may be running into an issue that was fixed in a recent update to Storyline as described in this article. Please try installing the latest update for Storyline and see if that resolves the issue. If you also have Replay, I would suggest installing the latest update for that as well.
