Recently I've had to update an old course that was developed in Storyline 1 and when I updated the project all appeared to be fine except a couple things. As shown in the attachment there's a couple objects on my slide no showing during preview but are there in the development view. I tried publishing just to see if there was a glitch but it's the same thing.
Has anyone had a similar issue and if so, is there an easy work around other than re-creating the objects?
First thing you might want to check is to be sure that you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. If issues persist, you are welcome to share your file here so that we may take a look.
