I am creating a test using a question bank of 24 questions. I would like to pull questions 1-8 the first time, if they don't pass then pull questions 9-16, and if they don't pass again pull questions 17-24. If they don't pass the third time we would go back to questions 1-8 and so on. Is this possible to do and if so, how?
I do not think this functionality exists. I believe all you can do is repeat "visits to the bank", and select the number of questions that will be pulled each time.
One thing you could do it set up 3 separate banks and have the Next button jump either to the next bank, if score is failed, or to the end (or next scene) if the score is passed.
You could achieve this using triggers with conditions.
