Could you tell us a bit more about where you're testing your content and how you're publishing? If you're hosting in an LMS you could look at testing at SCORM Cloud as it's an industry standard for testing LMS content. Here are some directions that will walk you through testing steps!
Did you look at testing at SCORM Cloud as well? You can use either Scorm 1.2 or 2004, but it's a free testing site, and if it previously worked in SumTotal I'd also say you'll want to look at connecting with your Cornerstone support team.
If you'd like to share the .story file here with us, we're also happy to take a look.
Sure Dana - you can send along to me here. Did you already test at SCORM Cloud? it's helpful to know all the testing steps you've gone through when I take a look - so just be sure to include that in the description and a link to this forum thread.
No problem Dana - yup it is a free trial, that's what I use too. It's an industry standard for SCORM content - so the trial just limits you to "registered users" and total size of content. I clear mine out regularly and keep testing in the same spot.

I'm testing the course on Cornerstone OnDemand. I have tried the scorm as 1.2 and as 2004 and it does not work.
The same course previously worked on SumTotal without any problem.
I updated the course to Storyline2 and tested it. The resume problem was gone however many triggers are now broken.

Is there a way I can send it to you privately?

Thanks for taking a look.
No, I did not test it using SCORM cloud. It seems as though it's only a free trial.

I'll keep my eyes out for your file.
