Hi, we have bought two Storyline 1 licenses more than two years ago and used it almost regularly.
I already had this kind of message few times, but inserting again the serial number it was activated again.
This time, before having this message I get a pop-up window with the following message "UI_AdminFormTitle - UI_AdminRequiredNotice - UI_AdminVistaNotice11" (see it in annexed image).
Anyway it asks me to introduce the serial number, but after writing any of the two serial number that we have it says that they are invalid.
Few days ago I updated windows 10 to the new version from online Windows support. I do not remember if I already used it after the Windows update process.

Ok solved again!
I had to repair (reinstall again) Storyline from Control Panel.
After that, It asked me to reinsert the serial number and this time it
was accepted as valid.
