I'm hoping someone can shed some light on a problem I'm having.
I have a course uploaded to Moodle (2.6.11). When users are exiting the activity without finishing, their result is showing up as failed in reports. What's worse is they're able to resume and complete the module, but their recorded score remains the score they had at the point of exiting the activity (despite having successfully completed the course) .
My settings for the Storyline player are as follows: * On restart: prompt to resume * Box is unchecked for "When running in LMS, ignore flash cookies"
My settings for Reporting and Tracking are as follows: * Report status to LMS as: Completed/Incomplete * Track using quiz result (using a results slide)
Moodle 2.6 is pretty old (and not supported anymore) - you should be prioritising an upgrade asap.
but - I'd try setting "force new attempt" to "Yes" in your Moodle scorm settings, and if you manage to upgrade to a more recent supported release of Moodle I'd set "Mastery score overrides status" to "No" (that setting is not available in 2.6 though.)
